REFUND & RETURN POLICY — CL House

Order Modification & Cancellation You have 6 hours from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order. To do so, please contact us at contato@clhouse.uk with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it — please refer to our return policy below.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at contato@clhouse.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → we cover the return shipping cost
  • If you simply changed your mind → return shipping is at your expense
  • For items valued under £15 → we offer a full refund with no return required

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The order did not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • The item has been used or is not in its original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at contato@clhouse.uk and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.
